Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Écono Mags, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under certain conditions to maintain our quality standards.​

Autorization required

 

Before initiating a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact our customer service team at info@economags.com. Having your order number ready will streamline the process. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. (An unauthorized return is defined as a product returned without first contacting our customer service team.)

If an order is refused upon delivery, the return policy will apply under the relevant conditions.

Conditions for a Free Exchange

 

We will arrange a free exchange under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product does not match the description on the invoice or the purchased item.

In these cases, we will provide a return label through a professional delivery service and ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

Conditions for Returns with Associated Fees

 

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances with applicable fees:

  • Change of mind after receiving the order.

  • Incorrect dimension selection: While the product may be compatible with your vehicle, it may not fit your existing equipment or modifications (e.g., incompatibility between tires and wheels).

  • Incorrect product selection: Tires, wheels, accessories, or incorrect vehicle information provided at the time of purchase.

For wheels or tires, a restocking fee of $25 per item (plus applicable taxes) will be charged. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once the product is inspected and deemed to meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued minus the restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following conditions make items non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

  • Orders placed against our professional recommendations.

  • Products damaged by you or your installer.

  • Tires mounted on wheels or wheels installed on a vehicle.

  • Studded tires that were originally studdable.

  • Damages caused while driving, including any road hazards.

  • Products no longer in their original packaging.

These conditions make the products unsellable, and therefore we cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for such items.
